Hátha pont most, pont az, mégiscsak sikerül.
Idemásolom a levelet, a teljesség kedvéért a kínai változatot is:

My dear friends,
I may have talked with you for many times. Or we may not contact each other for a long time. Or, perhaps, I will get to know you someday. But whatever, that is all right. We now live in the same global village. We are so much related in the same global family. I believe that these few days you have learned about the news of 23 South Korea volunteer workers kidnapped by Taliban in Afghanistan. After the death of a clergy, the leader of the workgroup, and a male worker, no one knows if there will be more injured or casualties. I feel so sad that I cannot go help them. What I can do now is to send E-mails to people that I know and make more people concern about this issue. However, my voice is so weak. We need more people to join together to finish series of tasks. As members of the same global family, we shall take humanitarian works and concerns about this world as part of our own life careers and responsibilities. I think this is what globalization means.
Now I humbly request that you may do me a favor: please help me forward this E-mail to your families, friends, and everyone you know, especially friends overseas. Use your free time and write letters in any language that you know to news television stations, like CNN and BBC, to Afghanistan president, to South Korea president, and to the governmental authorities in your own countries. Make many people say something for these kind-hearted volunteer workers. What we need now is the public opinions from every corner of the world to add pressure to those kidnappers: their behaviors deserve the harshest condemnation. Please save these innocent people. Just type short letters and use the mouse with several clicks. It won’t take you much time. We may not have pistols and bombs, but we can turn the power of our words and opinions into gigantic and marvelous force that is much overwhelming than any nuclear weapon ever. We need a world of peace. Thank you very much for your assistance. May god bless you and your kind deeds!
PS.
1. In case that the E-mailing system does not present Chinese characters (you may see some random codes in passages), I attached the Microsoft Word file hereby in this E-mail. Please send this mail to your friends along with this attached file, or paste it on your blogs or personal websites.
2. At the bottom of this mail, I copied and pasted the letters that I wrote and the essay that I pasted on my blog.
3. For your convenience, I hereby copied and pasted the related websites and E-mail addresses.
Well, this is what I usually do. I firstly type what I want to say on Word and save it. Then I can copy and paste the content to send E-mails to any organization. Of course, titles, subjects, objects, or verbs may be changed. It depends on whom I will write to.

A Letter to the Department of Foreign Affairs in South Korea Government
Dear Ladies and Sirs,
This is a letter from a citizen in Taiwan . I feel sorry to bother you with this E-mail, but I do concern about the lives of the 22 volunteer workers now kidnapped in Afghanistan . The news reports said that these people will be killed by 15:30 ( Taipei time) if the negotiation does not reach a mutual agreement. It is less than 2 hours from when I am typing this mail. I slightly understand that this event involves diplomatic policies, military decisions, conflictions of interests and many other factors. However, I would like to humbly request that the South Korea government would consider saving those people as the priority and leave some interests behind. I am not a Korean, but I think we all live in the same global village. All that happen in this world relate to everybody. Seeing this kind of tragedy is indeed heart-breaking. Finally, if I did not mail this letter to the right department, could you please help me forward this letter to where it shall be? Thank you very much. I will pray for those kind-hearted volunteer workers.
Best wishes,
Weng, Feng-ru

A Letter to United Nations
Dear Ladies and Sirs in United Nations,
I feel sorry to bother you with this E-mail, but I do concern about the lives of the 22 volunteer workers now kidnapped in Afghanistan. The news reports said that these people will be killed if the negotiation does not reach a mutual agreement. It is very urgent. No one knows if there will be more injured or casualties after the death of a clergy. I slightly understand that this event involves diplomatic policies, military decisions, conflictions of interests, and many other factors of the South Korea Government. However, I would like to humbly request their government would consider that saving these people as the priority and leave some interests behind. I am not a Korean, but I think we all live in the same global village. All that happen in this world relate to everybody.
I have sent E-mails to some persuasive news television stations such as CNN, BBC, and NHK. I hope they could help broadcast this piece of sad news to everyone in the world, expand the public opinions, and indirectly urge the South Korea government to make decisions more quickly. In the same way, I would also like to request that powerful organizations such as you to help these innocent people. Please save them. They are kind-hearted volunteer workers. I do not want to see that kind people shall be doomed to this tragic ending. It is very unfair. Finally, if I did not mail this letter to the right department in your organization, could you please help me forward this letter to where it shall be? Thank you very much. I will pray for those kind-hearted volunteer workers.

The Essay on my blog
Please Save South Korea Volunteer Workers Kidnapped in Afghanistan
(Weng, Herman Feng-ru) August 4th, 2007
My blog: http://www.wretch.cc/blog/herman0223&article_id=8570593
These few days, there is a piece of sad news that I am so astonished at. It was reported on the news television stations and websites that 23 volunteer workers from South Korea were kidnapped by Taliban when they were on a bus. This kind of events has been happening for years. I feel so angry and sad about this. Why shall good people be treated in this way? While we keep going in our daily lives, those innocent people are facing the greatest suffering in their lives. Today, ignoring the serious flu that I get, I immediately wrote a letter to The Department of Foreign Affairs in South Korea and to news television stations such as CNN, BBC, and NHK (and to United Nations on July 29th , and to Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai on July 31st). I know my voice is so weak, but I think we’ve got to do something for them. If you read this essay and agree with me, please keep writing letters to any mass media and enlarge the public opinions to add pressure to kidnappers. Please save them. They are kind-hearted volunteer workers. There are fewer and fewer good people in this modern age of coldness. I do not want to see that kind people shall be doomed to this sad ending. It is very unfair. I copied and pasted the letters that I wrote on the bottom part of this essay, and please scroll down your screen.
PS. Since I just pasted these letters in the middle part of this E-mail, so I will not paste them again.
